Office Assistant / Executive Assistant (m/w/d)

We’re looking for an Office Assistant (m/f/d) to join us:

Your responsibilities:

Accounting support (using DATEV Unternehmen Online, preparatory tasks for tax consulting)
Executive assistance (e.g., scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing documents, handling correspondence, and supporting day-to-day operations)
General office tasks, such as document management, research, and office organization

Your profile:

Experience in office administration or as an assistant, ideally with basic accounting knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style
Knowledge in “DATEV Unternehmen Online”
Discretion when handling sensitive information
Friendly, open-minded personality with strong communication skills
